About The Presenter:
Christopher Fulton
Mr. Fulton practices in the areas of employment law, labor law, consumer law, collection law, and insurance law.
Mr. Fulton received his undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University. He graduated from Ohio Northern University Law School and also attended the University of Exeter England Law School. Mr. Fulton spent many years with both Chemlawn Services Corporation as Division Counsel and Red Roof Inns, Inc. as Assistant General Counsel. In these positions, Mr. Fulton managed all claims and litigation and represented the companies in EEOC matters. Mr. Fulton was Vice President of Human Resources for Team America Corporation where he had responsibility for all human resource functions. He has experience in the public sector as Claims and Litigation Manager for The County Risk Sharing Authority, a liability insurance pool consisting of 60 Ohio counties. In addition, Mr. Fulton served as Director of Public Safety in Grove City, Ohio and served two terms as Council Member at Large on Grove City’s City Council.
Mr. Fulton is a frequent seminar presenter around the country in all areas of Human Resources and Employment Law.
